A freelancing female health & fitness coach delivering effective personal training programs, & a more personalised approach to group training.

What do I specialise in?

My expertise include fat loss, core strength, relief from back pain, posture correction, functional strength, and Tai Chi for stress management. Apart from personal training, I also deliver training for small groups & couples, and women only fitness classes.

Where do I operate?

Based in Central London, near Marble Arch. Your training can be delivered at your local gym, a private studio, the park, or any other location of your choice.
